TFGB Board of Directors Chair (Voluntary role – 1 day a month)

Regenerate and The Feel Good Bakery are looking to engage a collaborative new Chair who will be an ambassador and advocate for the aspirations of The Feel Good Bakery, as we continue on a journey of success as a CIC organisation.

It is critical that the Chair is passionate and committed to improving the life chances of young people through our programme. They will embody, and add value to, the mission and purpose of TFGB.

It is an exciting time to join the board of TFGB as we embark on setting up a coffee shop to support the coffee carts that we run.

Our new Chair or Directors will lead the charity through a period where there will be the opportunity to create real impact on the lives of young people as we set up this new venture.
This is an opportunity to support developing our strategy, scaling our activity and driving more impact. Our new Chair will promote and represent our amazing achievements, and support and develop our brand.

In particular, our new Chair will ideally bring experience of charity governance. They will be someone who has experience of building and developing meaningful relationships, and be a strategic leader who supports the board of directors and our strong executive team, to lead the charity through the next stage of development.

This is voluntary position with a time commitment of 1 day a month.
