Youth Work Apprentice

Do you want to create opportunities for young people while also having support with your own skills and development?

Regenerate are looking for their first youth work apprentice to join our team. This is a fixed term, one year apprenticeship and is an exciting opportunity for someone starting out in the world of youth work.

As a youth work apprentice you will create opportunities for young people to develop their skills, confidence and self-awareness, supporting them to build positive relationships and to engage with education, employment and training opportunities, while also working closely with your manager to build your own skills, learn all about
youth work practice and procedures and have support for your goals.

A successful apprentice will be outgoing, ambitious, and passionate about improving the lives of young people.

Wage: £9.18 per hour

Hours: 3.5 – 16 hours per week
