Fuelled by Feel Good – Setting off on Ride 1000!
Yesterday morning, after gathering together with loved ones and enjoying some coffees made by some of the Feel Good baristas who are joining us on the trip, 40 riders headed out from our Feel Good coffee shop to send us off on Ride 1000 – a 10 country challenge spanning 1000 miles of Europe over the next 2 weeks.
Raising money to provide mentoring opportunities for the young people in our community who need it most, this is already proving to be an epic ride. Joining us on the trip are hsome of the young people who have found employment and training at Feel Good, as well as staff, alumni, and supporters – members of the Regenerate family from across all walks of life.
The sun was shining for us (we hope that’s a good omen!) and we had an incredible day cycling through the British countryside together. It was tough, hilly, and hot, but we did it, and are so grateful to everyone who joined us for the day – we couldn’t have done it without the riders who joined us for the day, and everyone who has supported the journey so far!

Our mentors are a safe space for young people who may not have this in other areas of their life. They are trained to listen, support, and empower young people, like Sabah, to think more positively about themselves, release what they’re feeling, and build key skills that allow them to thrive.
