Making a referral

Making a referral to one of our services is a simple process. Complete an online form using the links below and providing as much relevant detail as possible, and our service leads will review this then get back to you about next steps.

We take referrals for both our mentoring and employment services from organisations such as CAMHS, the Youth Justice Service, Schools, and other professional services.

Parents / Young People can also self-refer.

Our youth & community services do not require a referral and work on a drop in basis.

Please note:

We welcome and encourage young people of all identities, backgrounds and beliefs to access our services.

Our team regularly receive unconscious bias training, are trauma informed, and trained in a executive functioning skills based approach. While we aim to be SEND inclusive and have a few team members experienced in supporting young people with additional needs, we also recognise our limitations in expertise and are working on building our capacity to support all young people. Where we don’t feel that we can properly support a young person at this time, this will be clearly communicated and we will aim to signpost other services, or discuss alternative forms of support.
