Board of Trustees – Treasurer (Voluntary role)

We are looking to engage a collaborative new Treasurer who will be responsible to oversee the financial management of the Charity and it’s social enterprise ‘The Feel Good Bakery’, working in an open and collaborative way with the rest of the Board of Trustees.

It is critical that our treasurer is passionate and committed to improving the life chances of young people through our programme, and has experience. They will embody, and add value to, the mission and purpose of TFGB.

This is an opportunity to support developing our strategy, scaling our activity and driving more impact during an exciting period of growth for the organisation. Our new treasurer will promote and represent our amazing achievements, and support and develop our brand, and lead the organisation’s financial oversight.

In particular, our new treasurer will ideally bring experience of charity governance, will be someone who has experience of building and developing meaningful relationships, and be a strategic leader who supports the board and strong executive team to lead the charity through the next stage of development.

This is a voluntary position with a time commitment of approximately 1 day a month.
