TFGB Coffee Shop Supervisor

We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and hardworking individual to join our team as a TFGB Coffee Cart Supervisor.

Reporting to The Feel Good Bakery General Manager, this role will be responsible for supervising shifts and supporting the young people (aged 16-25) employed by us on the mobile coffee shop outlets, of which we currently have two active. It is an exciting opportunity for someone with great people skills who is passionate about using their skills in hospitality to work with young people and young adults who are turning their lives around, helping them to thrive and grow.

This is a position well suited to anyone who is passionate about creating opportunities for young people to thrive, ambitious about the future for both themselves and the collective community, and wants to work for a well connected local organisation who is fully supportive of all its staff’s wellbeing and their goals.

Salary: £25,642.50 per annum full time salary (£13.15 per hour).

Hours: Flexible full and part time positions available, however please note this role will require weekend work.
